Jacobsen Honored for communications efforts at toca awards

 

Charlotte, N.C., May 30, 2007 - Jacobsen®, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, was honored with three merit awards by the Turf and Ornamental Communicators Association (TOCA) in its 2007 Communications Contest. The awards were announced at the TOCA annual meeting, held May 2-3 in Savannah, GA.

Jacobsen received its awards in the following categories, selected out of more than 430 total entries:
- Writing for Printed Direct Response – Jacobsen E-Walk Resort Mail Piece
- Writing for Electronic Newsletter – Performance Matters Dealer E-Newsletter
- Special Project Writing – Jacobsen Historical Timeline Poster
